It's a great pleasure to present Tanto's "Pangolin" - a mysterious lofi/kraut/psych collection of improvised music from our mates across the Atlantic. No Preconceived ideas, no second takes and no overdubs. Press record and enter new unexplored territories.“Tanto” is a creative project comprised of four musical friends and long term collaborators in the UK.
After years of making and capturing music in the traditional way the four decided to take a whole new approach to recording and composing.
No recording studio required, Just a Barn in the Surrey country side with a few microphones, instruments and open minds. Although working from a blank page could seem a little intimidating, the music quickly began to flow as if it had always existed. This self produced album captures Tanto’s experimentations in spontaneous improvisation using their unmistakable low Fi synth rock sound.
